BMW the official car of the event and BMW flagship model 7 Series is once again the vehicle of choice for high-profile events in Qatar.
As some of the world’s top golfers competed at this year’s 2016 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters Tournament, Alfardan Automobiles once again ensured their comfort by providing a luxury fleet of vehicles as the event’s Official Car.
Underlining the BMW Group importer’s ongoing support for the development of sport in Qatar, the 2016 edition marked a decade of partnership between Alfardan Automobiles and the prestigious golf championship for the tenth consecutive year. Taking place from 27th to 30th January at the Doha Golf Club, the 2016 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters Tournament saw a luxury fleet of 40 chauffeur-driven BMW 7 Series vehicles and 25 self-driven BMW 5 Series models transport all players, officials and organisers throughout.

In between following their favourite golfers around the course, visitors and golf enthusiasts alike enjoyed a display of BMW vehicles off-course, including the popular X model family, BMW Z4, BMW M235i, BMW M135i, BMW 420i, BMW 650i, BMW 550i, BMW M3 Saloon LCI, BMW 3 Series, as well as a range of BMW Motorrad models.
The prestigious Qatar Masters golf tournament has been hosted by Doha Golf Club Since 2006. The annual tournament is sponsored by Commercial Bank of Qatar and is held at the beginning of each year as part of plethora of established champions and up-and-comers, with prizes worth up to $2.5 million up for grabs and valuable ranking points.
